Day 1: Mondovì – Visit the innovative Museo Civico della Stampa, which offers a highly technological exhibition route. Ascend to the higher part of the city using the historic funicular from 1886. Overnight stay at Palazzo Fauzone, an ancient residence in the center of Mondovì, now transformed into an incredible Relais.

Day 2: Breakfast at Palazzo Fauzone, then head to Langhe. Visit Barolo and explore the municipal castle, which houses the Wine Museum. Day 3: Cocconato d’Asti – Visit and lunch at Tenuta Pavesio 1843, an organic vineyard that respects the biodiversity of the area with stunning views of the surrounding hills. In Chieri, take a walk around the city center and visit the Accademia di Caffè Vergnano to learn all about coffee.
